2:00 PM, September 10th 2008 - The FedEx guy delivers our Tetrix kit . . . a HUGE box, but missing two key components, without which we cannot build a Tetrix bot. One of our coders immediately sets to work, getting his RobotC code to link up his laptop and an NXT bot for remote control - looks good! And then we are off to mentor at a weekly SYRA FLL meeting - more to come! By the way, the smaller box on top had an X-Box 360 returning from repair that arrived the same afternoon - almost as important to the team as the new Tetrix kit! As of 5:45 PM, September 11th, the HiTechnic DC motor controller interface and the HiTechnic R/C servo motor controller interface are being shipped, which will complete the Tetrix kit.
