Pre-event:
Please remember to bring extra safety goggles (for your visitors who want to join you in the pits), extension cords, and power strips in addition to whatever tools you might need. If you have spare motors, you might want to bring them. Also, bring lots of extra zip ties in case you need to secure your cables.
Make sure you bring your engineering notebook !! It is hard to win an award without the notebook.
We set up the router according to competition specifications as a field router. I will have flash drives with router keys at the event.
This year we will have the pit area in the cafeteria same as last year. The practice field will be in the cafeteria where the game field was set up last year. The game field will be across the hall in the gym. We expect a few more spectators this year. The gym will provide better seating and viewing.
When you check in you will be given a scheduled time for judging and inspection. We encourage you to be prepared to get in line for inspection and be on time for your interview with judges. We've asked the judges to tune into team punctuality. The aim here is to keep the flow going in the morning so we can start opening ceremonies on time. Your cooperation and preparation for this will help us all have a great day. Part of being Gracious and Professional is being on time :)

Food
We will be selling coffee, cocoa, juice, pastries, and donuts in the morning. At lunchtime we will be selling pizza, water, and soda, and snacks. We will be selling pizza for $2 a slice.
Across the street there is a McDonalds. It's a 5 minute walk.
You may reserve pizza for $11/pie.
Please keep food in the cafeteria, please NO food in the gym.
North Andover High School is located at 430 Osgood St. North Andover MA 01845. You can see the school from route 125, but need to go around back to Osgood St. to enter the driveway.
Arrival Information:
When you arrive, park in the main student lot (FIRST lot as you enter driveway). There will be a sign. Enter through the main doors. We'll be straight ahead.
